At Gypsy Soul Sanctuary, each piece is chosen or created with intention, care, and energetic purpose. Because many of our offerings include natural crystals, raw materials, handmade jewelry, candles, oils, and intentional wellness goods, all sales are final at this time.

We do not currently accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Personal preference, sizing choice, or style preference

• Natural variations in crystals, stones, beads, metals, oils, candles, or handmade materials

• Perceived energetic fit or spiritual expectations

• Damage caused by wear, misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery

Store Credit Exceptions

In rare situations, store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Gypsy Soul Sanctuary. Store credit is not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Examples of situations that may qualify for store credit include:

• You received the wrong item

• Your order arrived with significant damage due to shipping (you must have purchased shipping protection to qualify)

• A clear fulfillment error occurred on our end

To request a review, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

If store credit is approved, the item may need to be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging before credit is issued. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Natural Crystal, Stone & Raw Material Disclaimer

Please understand that crystals, gemstones, beads, raw minerals, shells, wood, oils, herbs, wax, and other natural materials are beautifully imperfect by nature. Variations in color, size, shape, texture, patterning, clarity, inclusions, surface markings, cracks, pits, chips, or mineral deposits are normal and are not considered defects.

We do our very best to photograph each item as accurately as possible using true-to-form, unaltered images. However, colors and details may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, screen settings, natural reflections, camera exposure, or the unique nature of raw and handmade materials.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that natural variation is part of the beauty and individuality of these pieces. No two crystals, stones, or handmade items will ever be exactly alike.

Jewelry Care Disclaimer

Intentional jewelry is delicate and should be treated with care. To extend the life of your piece, avoid wearing it while showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or using oils, lotions, perfumes, or cleaning products. Stretch bracelets, wire-wrapped pieces, charms, and gemstone beads may weaken or break if pulled, overstretched, dropped, or exposed to harsh conditions.

Gypsy Soul Sanctuary is not responsible for damage that occurs after an item has been worn, used, altered, cleansed improperly, or exposed to water, heat, chemicals, or excessive force. Jewelry-care and post-wear damage exclusions are common in gemstone jewelry policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

• A short description of the issue

Please keep all packaging until your request has been reviewed. If a shipping claim is needed, the original packaging may be required.

Final Sale Items

All sale items, discounted items, custom pieces, made-to-order items, candles, oils, opened products, and personal wellness items are final sale unless otherwise stated. Many jewelry and crystal retailers exclude sale, custom, altered, worn, or opened items from refunds or exchanges.

At Gypsy Soul Sanctuary, we lovingly package each order with care and intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

We strongly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout to help protect your order in case it is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. Gypsy Soul Sanctuary is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
