What is a sound bath?

In a world that constantly pulls us into stress, noise, and overthinking, sound baths offer a sacred pause — a space to reconnect with your body, clear stagnant energy, and return to yourself feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply supported. A deeply restorative experience where soothing vibrations wash over the body and nervous system.
