About the event
Join us for one of the final sound baths of our Summer Sunsets series. As the sun begins setting earlier, we are reminded that a new season is ushering its way in. This special sunset Sound Journey is designed to help you relax and ground yourself. Surrounded by the grounding rhythm of the waves, you’ll be guided into a restorative state of intentional stillness.
This experience is an invitation to soften your body, calm your mind, release tension, and reconnect with your own natural flow. Come as you are, bring something cozy, and allow the sounds of the sea and the bowls to carry you into a state of calm, clarity, and renewal.
*Please bring a beach blanket or yoga mat and anything else you think would make you comfortable and support your experience.
