Join us for this special sunset Sound Journey designed to help you relax near the ocean. Surrounded by the grounding rhythm of the waves, you’ll be guided into a restorative state through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, soothing tones, and intentional stillness.
This experience is an invitation to soften your body, calm your mind, release tension, and reconnect with your own natural flow. Come as you are, bring something cozy, and allow the sounds of the sea and the bowls to carry you into a state of calm, clarity, and renewal.
*Please bring a beach blanket or yoga mat and anything else you think would make you comfortable and support your experience. A sweater is a good idea as it gets chilly one you relax and the sun starts to go down.*
