Join us for this special morning Tides & Tones: A Sound Bath Journey, a peaceful beachside sound bath designed to help you reset and restore your energy. Surrounded by the grounding rhythm of the waves, you’ll be guided into a restorative state through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, soothing tones, and intentional stillness.

This experience is an invitation to soften your body, calm your mind, release tension, and reconnect with your own natural flow. Come as you are, bring something cozy, and allow the sounds of the sea and the bowls to carry you into a state of calm, clarity, and renewal.
