Surrounded by the peaceful hum of the ocean, you’ll be guided begin the session with some all levels breath work and slip into a restorative sound session with soothing tones and intentional stillness.

This experience is an invitation to soften your body, calm your mind, release tension, and reconnect with your own natural flow. Come as you are, bring something cozy, and allow the sounds of the sea and the bowls to restore and renew your energetic body.
